No dia 18 de maio celebrou-se o Dia Internacional dos Museus, este ano subordinado ao tema “Museus para a Igualdade e Inclusão”.
Como vem sendo hábito, há alguns anos, o Museu Municipal de Vila Franca de Xira, integrado na Rede Portuguesa de Museus, participou nesta comemoração, este ano apresentando o seu site reformulado.
Com este site temos como objetivos principais efetivar a diversidade de perspetivas, promovendo instrumentos de pesquisa e investigação, a disponibilização ao público um site interativo e facilitador na pesquisa de conteúdos e acessível a uma maior diversidade de utilizadores.
Seguindo novas tendências na área do web design convidamo-lo a visitar o site tendo a certeza de que a mudança nesta nova abordagem vai ser do agrado de todos.

On May 18th, the International Museum Day is celebrated, this year under the theme “Museums for Equality and Inclusion”.
As usual, the Vila Franca de Xira Municipal Museum, member of the Portuguese Museum Network, participated in the celebrations, this year presenting the it’s fully redesigned website.
With this website we have as main objectives to realize the diversity of perspectives, promoting research and investigation instruments, making available to the public an interactive and facilitating site in the search for content and accessible to a greater diversity of users.
Following new trends in the area of web design, we invite you to visit the site with the certainty that the change in this new approach will be to everyone's liking.
